- 2007 began with a new years resolution to learn all I can about wine. I have had success with resolutions in the past, such as vowing to ban push-ups from my gym routine (push-up free for 4 years now). Or, another year, I resoved to make no resolutions at all. That worked out well. So I figured I would be able to prevail with this resolution. I started with a few classes, then later, created a wine tasting group and naturally moved toward food pairings. The amount of info I have accumulated in the past few months is vast, and yet, only the tip of the iceberg. I can't wait to learn more! This blog will be a chronology of my learnings, a throw-down of personal culinary challenges and musing of life in general. THANKS FOR READING!!!
